The ideal glass for tasting and savoring the delicate flavors of this traditional Japanese Sake has been achieved. Three lines can scale 20ml, 30ml and 50ml.
It is created in collaboration with GLASSBACCA, a company specializing in glassware development, and the National Institute of Brewing, the only public research institute for alcoholic beverages under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.
The glass is designed to establish a standard by ensuring consistency and conviction in the Sake. In doing so, we aim to support the global recognition and expansion of Japanese sake.
The lines are placed for convenience of use in sake exhibitions, and the amount of sake is determined as 20cc in the preliminary contest and 30cc in the final contest. The 50cc line is for regular tasting purposes.
